The Effects of an Internship Program for Novice Play Therapists through Connections with Child Care Centers -With a special focus on changes within the play therapists, infants, and parents involved-

Abstract
This study was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of an internship program for novice play therapists in connection with child care centers. To this end, relevant changes which had occurred were examined, centering on the play therapists, infants, and parents involved. The Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon tests were conducted in order to verify both the pre-identities and changes by group. The research results are as follows. First, there was a significant change in the average score and sub-domain score of the counselor's activity self-efficacy in terms of the novice play therapist. Second, there was a significant change in the average score of the preschool Adjustment of infants. Third, a significant change was verified in the average score of parent-child goodness of fit. This study is significant in that it has provided an opportunity for better understanding the kind of training which can best help novice play therapists improve their efficacy.
